He has developed a reputation for his outstanding contributions from various Automotive OEM’s and his exceptional ability to ‘identify the root causes of issues and provide solutions’ has helped organizations in ensuring sustained business growth with long term benefits.

His contributions extend way beyond technical innovation and have a record of accomplishment of creating values across various domains and industries. Predominantly in Automotive Instrument cluster, Infotainment, Telematics and Lighting system electronics design.

Starting as an R&D engineer, he has developed several ground breaking concepts and solved several legacy problems thereby launching many new products for existing markets as well as for new markets. The professional journey includes several success stories working from technical lead to CTO of reputed organizations.

With the vast experience and expertise, Ravichandran in his new avatar as a Technical trainer, consulting partner, engineering service provider, has his vision set to share his knowledge with industries having constraints in growth and indigenous product development or aspiring for the next big leap resulting in financial success.
